1. Refund Policy
At U-Lock-It, we strive to make our storage services as clear and straightforward as possible. Please review our refund policy below:
Deposits:
A deposit of $20 is required for all new rentals and will be refunded upon the return of the storage unit in clean and undamaged condition.
Prepaid Rent:
You may pay in advanced at any time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
Account Setup: Your storage unit will be ready for access upon signing your contract with your contact information provided.
3. Privacy Policy

Customer Data:
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information for the purpose of providing our services. We will not sell or share your personal data without your consent.
Online Payments:
All online transactions are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not store payment information beyond the transaction process.

4. Products & Pricing
Storage Units:
We offer a variety of storage units, ranging from 5x10 to 10x20 outside units 5x10 to 10x10 climate control units, with outside parking available.
Rental Terms:
Storage unit rentals are available on a month-to-month basis.
Fees:
Additional fees may apply for late payments, lock changes, or administrative charges. All pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
5. Terms and Conditions
Rental Agreements:
All customers must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of storage unit usage, including payment terms and responsibilities.
Access Rules:
Tenants are allowed access to their storage units 7 days a week from the hours of 5am to 10pm.
Late Fees & Lien Process:
Rent is due on the date of the contract is signed and every month there after on the same date. A late fee of $10 will be charged if payment is 30 days late. Continued non-payment may result in termination of the rental agreement. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to place a facility lock on the storage unit and a lien on the contents. Legal proceedings may follow after 90 days of overdue payments.
Liability Limitations:
We are not liable for the loss or damage to items stored in units, tenants are encouraged to obtain insurance for their stored property. Tenants will indemnify, old harmless and defend owner from all claims, demands or causes of action brought as a result of tenant using the unit.
Restrictions:
Tenant should not store any motor vehicle in a unit without prior consent. Tenant should not conduct any activity in or around nor store any property in a unit which would result in a violation of any ordinance, statue or regulation of any governmental agency having jurisdiction or permits such action to occur. Tenant is strictly prohibited form storing or using materials on a premises that would be flammable, also any food items.
